Toen Lotus 2 weken oud was zijn hadden wij een afspraak staan bij heuppoli LUMC voor de lichamelijke controle van haar heupjes. Dat is een gratis inloopspreekuur op elke donderdag. Heupafwijkingen zitten bij ons in de familie dus we wisten dat er een mogelijkheid bestond dat ook Lotus hiermee te maken kon krijgen. Belle heeft nooit enige afwijking gehad, dus was het onze hoop dat ook onze tweede dochter dit geluk zou hebben.
