Vandaag ben ik helemaal los gegaan en heb niet een, maar liefst twee heerlijke recepten als lekkernij voor bij de koffie of thee. Pas op: Verslavingsgevaar! Het is dan zonder suiker, maar dan nog raad ik aan om er niet te veel van te eten!

Chocolade bonbons van kikkererwten
> 100 gr. kikkererwten uit blik/ nog zelf te koken
> 2 el. pindakaas
> 1 el. honing
> 80 gr. gesmolten pure chocolade 
> cacaopoeder/kokosrasp/amandelschaafsel als afwerking
Pureer de kikkererwten, pindakaas en honing. Maar hier kleine bolletjes van (ca. 10 stuks). Doop de bolletjes in de gesmolten chocolade en rol deze daarna door de kokosrasp of cacaopoeder. Leg ze voor een paar uurtjes in de koelkast. Bewaaradvies: in de koelkast.

Brownie met banaan
> 200 gr. kikkererwten uit blik/ nog zelf te koken
> 170 gr. banaan (ca. 2 stuks)
> 10 gr. gesmolten pure chocolade
> 20 gr. pindakaas
> 1 el. cacaopoeder
> 30 gr. walnoten
Pureer de kikkererwten, banaan, chocola en pindakaas in een kom. Voeg cacaopoeder en gehakte walnoten toe. Bekleed  een rechthoekige bakvorm met bakpapier. Giet het mengsel in de bakvorm. Bakken op 180 graden 25 minuten.
