Vandaag hebben we weer een gezonde cake met de meiden gemaakt.

Deze cake herinner ik nog van uit mijn kindertijd in Rusland. Daar wordt het vaak gegeven aan kinderen omdat het makkelijk te maken is, maar vooral omdat het gezond en voedzaam is.
Je kan het in verschillende variaties maken: cacaopoeder door het beslag mengen of met blauwe bessen er doorheen. Je kan het serveren met honing, stroop, gesmolten chocola of nootjes. Belle neemt deze cake ook graag mee naar school ipv brood!

Kwarkcake:
500 gr. yoghurt
3 eieren
1 theelepel bakpoeder
3,5 eetlepel tarwegriesmeel
3 eetlepels honing
(Voor een zoete versie met suiker vervang je honing en tarwegriesmeel met 1 pakje griesmeelpudding). Extra variatie: deel het beslag in twee delen en voeg in een deel 2 theelepels cacaopoeder; giet het om en om in de vorm in lagen. Bakken rond 50 minuten bij 180 graden in de oven.
